Budget for Photography hire:
The amount needed for the hiring of photography equipment depends on the quality of the kit we require, and also the dates we need the items for, after holding a meeting we will discuss the prices and time and arrangement, therefore i have set aside a budget of £450 for the photography hire.
Budget for graphic designer:
The amount needed to be spent would depend on a number of things, the things taken into account are the time need to create the website, flyer and magazine advert, the materials needed, and then the overall design and quality of the website itself, flyer, and magazine advert. Taken these things into account i have set aside a budget of £9000 to spend, as i feel the website is the main source of advertisement and promotion, however the flyer and magazine will not need to be as detailed and will consume less time. Also it takes much more time and effort when creating a E Commerce website as sites like these need to take payment, and have to do so securely and professionally. I will be holding a meeting with the graphic designer of my choice, and we will come to an agreement on pricing, and arrangement.
Budget for Flyer printing:
A5 Single sided printed on cardstock.
8000 Printed copies = £456
10000 Printed copies = £570
15000 Printed copies = £855
20000 Printed copies = £1140
Budget for 2 Magazine adverts:
Price for whole page advert, will be discussed during meetings with the owners/accountants for magazine companies, taken everything into account i have set aside £3450 for the same advert to appear on a full page in two different magazines.
Overall budget total based on the MAXIMUM costs: £14040
